(We charge suppliers a nominal fee which keeps our databases clean and up to date for the benefit of our members. Trying to join in this way corrupts our system and any attempt using false information will get noticed, your application and payment will not be accepted).

3) Suppliers attempting to join as retailers? (Why attempt to join as a retailer? Again this corrupts our databases. Your application as a supplier is very different to a retailer, as your details are installed on the site and made live and interactive as soon as the application has been verified. Retailers gain access to the sites content ONLY. Suppliers gain much more.

4) You claim you are already a member but have lost, or your predecessor has mislaid your companies Username and Password? (This is easily solved by using the ‘what is my password?’ Option. We can easily trace your membership details and Username and Password. Please be sure that you are in fact a bona fide member in the first place, and that your subscription fee has been paid (suppliers only). In most cases this is automatically charged once a month to your credit card on the day of the month that you joined, or invoiced by post quarterly. Finally, that your original application was successful. In any case, you would have received written notification).

5) You have made a payment but cannot remember which credit card you used, or you wish to pay by credit card on the telephone?
(Security is a serious issue with WWI and is understandably of great concern to most people who are requested to make payment via the Internet. All payments by credit cards are dealt with by ‘Worldpay’ (part of NatWest bank), we pay a high insurance premium to them, which ensures the safety of all credit card transactions. We do not store, your credit card details on our server, or on any of our consoles. We also cannot accept credit card payments by telephone. 6) Suppliers who would like to view the site prior to becoming a member? (Unlike other websites, that only grant access once payment has been received and once you have been through their application and payment process you are invariably disappointed with their content. These sites are generally not even manned or monitored and are totally automated. We however are unique. We constantly keep abreast of the fashion industry and even though visitors to the site see very few changes on their screens, behind the scenes changes are constantly being made to make our site quicker (hence no ‘Flash’ graphics are incorporated in our programming), better, easier to use and more informative to our members.
